Thongs for Guys: Thong Bought these shoes because I wanted to try that whole minimalist shoe thing. Looked around and I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I bought these figuring if they didn't work then I wasn't out too much. I have to say I am so happy with the purchase, I have ran several trail runs (not long 3-6 miles each just in case my feet would hurt) and they are perfect, no pain whatsoever. The reason I gave them 5 stars is I run where there is mud/water and had to take a detour the other day through a flooded stream and soaked my feet...took of my socks and finished the run! I was looking into running a Tough Mudder and I think these will work great for that!
